had the RC-51 out for a few times already and then on Sat decided to take the Sprint out for a spin and was doing good about 2 hrs in the ride I found a corner that did not like me. Was riding about 70mph and came to a hill on a road that I have never been on and got to the top of the hill and oh no was in a middle of 90 degree corner with no signs of what is coming. So in short locked it down and decided to ride off into the dirt and well was headed to a piece of farm equipment so I just jumped off. All that is bad is it needs a new lower left mirror and windscreen. Sucks really but had gear on and not a scratch on me and once parts are in should be ready in a week I hope. So just remember careful on new roads cause they will bit.
I was on some twisty roads in PA Saturday. I kept telling myself, ride it like you're driving the Camry. Lots of sand and junk on the roads here still. Glad to hear you're ok.
yea rode into the mountains today with some buds and man the roads are crap. Kept telling myself remember Sat, thank god its going to rain for the next week to help wash the roads hope we get some good down poars cause we need it. But go to bike shop tomorrow and order parts so hope in a week she will be ready to rock and roll again and yes the first trip on it will be that same damn road again and yes I will beat it.
as Mr Chef said at least you are in one piece and a bike can always be fixed or replaced but not so easily your self.
Glad you are ok.
cheers
