I had that setup on my previous bike and liked it, but I'm uncertain of how it'd look on the Sprint, since the indicators are up in the mirrors.
It shouldn't be that difficult to do, just have to replace the bulbs with dual filament bulbs, replace the sockets with sockets capable of using dual filament bulbs, and then run a wire from anywhere that's hot with ignition.
Think the most difficult part would probably be finding a dual filament bulb socket to replace the current one and managing to mount it. Not sure how its currently mounted, you'd have to take the lens off and take a look at it to see whether its something that looks doable.
