My current 'upgrade' would be a completely loaded K1300 GT.

The Aprillia Futura and Duc ST3 ABS are near the top of my list...difficult to beat the Triumph as a 'well balanced' all arounder.

The RC-51: Last Honda with attitude and character. They sound amazing and go like stink.

Wow, I just picked up a 2004 Nicky Replica with only 3300 miles on it a month ago, the bike looks like the day it came off the showroom floor. I was at VIR when Nicky won the AMA Superbike championship on it and have always had a subdued lust for one. Remember, Honda purpose built the RC 51 to knock Ducati from the World Superbike Title and Colin Edwards did just that. Honda build a better Ducati than Ducati could. The RC however is NOT a commuter and makes you work it for it's pleasures. I have just completed a bunch of mods to the RC 51 and will get a custom map made next week. Already have purchased rashed plastics for track days with NESBA. I must say that the Sprint feels like a Cadillac after getting off the RC 51. The Sprint will still be my everyday bike and Smokey Mountain Sport Touring Machine, it's engine is an incredible road worthy power plant, but the RC excites me in naughty ways the Sprint just can't. Oh, the sound alone is enough to cause me sticky pants.
