Cool 2004 Sprint RS handlebars

Very sorry if this has already been answered elsewhere, on my phone and so it takes forever to browse this.. I was wondering if the 04 rs has aftermarket bars available for a more upright sitting position.. The factory uprade only raises them 1.5 inches I was told.. Any help soon would be very appreciated.. A purchase of this motorcycle hangs in the balance :P

thanks so much!!

There are convertibars that suit our model, but in all honesty give it a few weeks of riding before you spend your dollars as you do get used to the lower bars.

You may want to try some core muscle exercises as well. Worked wonders for me.

Smile About the replacement bars

How much is the max possible by those bars.. Some of the risers I've found didn't cut it.. 11/4" isn't enough, and where can I find them? Thank you in advance!

I've been looking in to this myself !
You can all so get Genmar Bar Risers

I'd say if you want more than 1 1/2" higher, then you've got the wrong style of bike for you. But like the other Steve said "give it a few weeks of riding before you spend your dollars"

Question RS

I thought the sprint was supposed to be a sport tourer, with handlebars like it has, it's surely not a tourer.. Does anyone have the site for those replacement bars? I need a figure for the increase in height.
Thanks so much
J

LSL handlebar kit. $281, but I just love the look of bars compared to risers.

Thank you all for the help; I am purchasing the beast asap now that I know there is a viable option for that seating position.

I am not sure which option I will go with but will post photos

regards,
Johann

ps it is an 04 sprint RS with 3000 miles on it.. For only 3900- probably get it lower than asking.

A 2004, Caspian blue, single sided swingarm RS with only 3000 miles? Holy crap, you're lucky! Those were really ST's that Triumph stuck leftover RS half fairings (save for bars and rake/trail stuff), so they could use the factory hard luggage unlike the other years. I reaaaally really wanted one of those, but they're so dang tough to find.
