Thumbs up Battery Meter

After having a recent failure of my '08 Sprint's R/R and getting stuck, I had the R/R replaced under warrenty and then decided to get some kind of voltage meter on the bike. After looking at some other installs here, I came across this this nifty device which I installed on my bike this week. It's called an Argus "Battery Bug".... very cool gadget. It provides data on current battery health and voltage, as well as some alerts of imending failure, etc...

Waterproof, and an easy direct to battery install took 5 minutes.

Now for the long term test.

Nice find. Interesting unit. Any idea what the difference between the two models listed on the website is? One is specified for "motorcycles" but is also $20 more. I wonder what the real difference for the cash really is.

The motorcycle model has a cord that's long enough to mount away from the battery.
