rootff57 - You need a service manual. You will only need to remove the muffler and the big nut on the right side of the bike to
remove the wheel. Do not need to do anything to the brake and chain to remove the rear wheel. Don't forget to put a coupla two x eights or twelves under your center stand before starting so your wheel/tire will have more clearance for removal. Do you have side bags? You need to loosen up your bag mount on the right side as well. If you have a mc lift with a removable plate at the rear for wheel removal, then you've got it made.
FYI:
Tighten the big nut on right side to 146Nm, pay attention to the washers and their order of assembly under the Nut.
Rear Caliper retaining bolts tighten to 40Nm
Chain Adj from 1.4-1.6 inches/35-40 mm free play.
Do you have a handbook manual for the bike? It shows lots of info about maintaining the chain and whole bunch more.
Post up if you need more info.

Washers

:

Keep an eye on the direction the washers were in as they came of as well. One of them is dished, and has to go on the correct way round
