Is anyone here running a flip up tank bag? Bagster has the Tech'Up, and there is a small company, Big Mak that makes flip bags for the FJR and BMW. I've seen these are they are really good. Anyone convert one for the Sprints? Any experience with the Tech'up? Thanks.

I used a flip up Bagster on my Trophy, and I just bought a tank harness so I can use it on the Sprint. I really recommend them.

Well, I emailed Big Mak tankbags. He's working on a universal, quick release for all bikes, hopefully by mid-July. He asked for measurements for the Sprint ST, and I faxed that out to him. He might be making a temp bracket for me to do some test fitting. I'll post with updates as they come in.

I use the Triumph touring bag and it flips up.. it is held down to the pad by velcro and four buckles, undo the rear and pitch forward or undo the front and pitch back. My Farkles block the forward path so I'll be flipping back to fill up. See my trip story in the Trips forum .
