So far so good. Bought mine on May 25 and will take it back on June 4 for the first service. I love the power delivery. Suspension is adequate, my only complaint is the compression damping on the rear shock...makes those expansion cracks in the highway very noticable. I am looking forward to increasing the RPM soon.

Two things that will need attention so far. The two trip meters on the speedo will not reset to 0. Also there is a noticable wobble in the front end, most evident between 4,200 and 5,000 RPM. I hope it is just the tire that is out of balance. Will keep you posted.

To change beetween the trip meter 1 and 2 you push the right button a short time; to reset the trip meter 1 or 2 you had push the right button for a longer time ? Mine does reset so !
Greetings,George

Thank you. I will try that. That is different than the manual says, but worth a try.

I had the same "problem" with my trip meters. Try holding the button down for 3-5 seconds on the one want to reset. The manual is very vague on this subject and most difficult to understand. I still don't know how to work all the functions on the trip computer stuff - thanks to a poor set of instructions and illustrations in the owners manual.

If you want to see/reset the other functions you must select the one you will to eee/reset with the left button. To reset you must push the left and the middle together 3-5 seconds.
Greetings again, George

Had my 05 Sprint ST for one week and have clocked just over a 1000 miles. Simply beautiful to ride, comfortable, smooth power delivery and nice handling. 900 of those my wife has been a pillon and she is addicted! Just under the 1000 took it to 8,000 rpm in second and could hear her screaming over the intercom, she said it felt like a rocket! From my end it felt very stable. If I ever get her off the back I will be able to test it more fully

BikerGeorge, thanks for the tip. I was able to reset the two trip meters by holding just the one button on the far right down for two seconds. My owner's manual is wrong. It intructs to press both the middle and the right side buttons down together which does nothing. Thanks again.

I wanted to follow-up on the front end wobble I reported in the first post. Had the initial service done at 800 miles ($150US) and the front wheel was way out of balance from the factory. Balanced the front wheel and this fixed the problem. Love that engine! Lets hope it turns out to be more reliable than the Ducati I traded for it. Man am I ever glad to be rid of that nightmare. :-D
