Is anyone other than Triumph making a silencer or complete exhaust for the 2005 Sprint ST? What about a replacement for the 3 angled tips on the stock unit? I think something in carbon fiber would look nice and be cooler and less likely to burn yourself on.

At least the S3 has options... Some look pretty good and there is a claim of 9hp increase from Staintune.

Us ST owners only have the Triumph offroad silencer which I have. I really like the 3 exhaust outlet configuration but would love to get something a little better looking than the current "tip cover" for lack of knowing the name.

The only thing I've seen is that Staintune is looking a ST for R&D so one of you guys down under might look into this. http://www.staintune.com.au/r_d_bikes.htm

As far as CF being cooler than metal, have you thought about adding extra heatseld material?
