Hi Everyone,

I rounded one of the pinch bolts that attaches the handlebar to the fork.

Does anyone know what the replacement bolt is?

I'm new to this site, but is there a tech archive, where you can find out this information, plus guides on how to do the various bits of servicing that are requried?

Welcome mat out

Hi johnnybeckett and welcome to the forum:)

Yes we do have a sub forum here in this forum called "Maintenance tip[s and tricks"

We also have a blog section accessed from the website home page where there is a technical section.

You may not find exactly what you are after here though but there are plenty of technical helpful members here.

In the maintenance subforum there is also a parts sticky with many part numbers, you may find some answers there.

Have you tried Bikebandit?

Jonny Don and I also ask all our new members to please read our forum stickies.:)

Enjoy the forum,

Welcome, Johnny.

If you are going to do maintenance on your Sprint you will find the bikebandit online fische a good resource. While it does not list Triumph part numbers, it is still a good resource for illustrated parts breakdowns, and comparisons with other models. Most of the fasteners, and some bearings, are listed with their sizes. In your case, the bolt size is listed. Look at item number 8.

How did you round the original? No torque wrench or worn out Allen?
