Front End Wallows...not anymore!
I`ve got an`07 S3, ever since i got it, at high speeds through sweepers, felt like the whole bike flexed (only in slow motion) not a headshake like some of you may be thinking...anyway, had the suspension "dialed in", nothing...tried doing it my self (with much better results!)...still the wallowing continued...so, what i did (and had no idea it would solve the problem) the Pirelli Super Corsa Dragon Pro`s i had on Kawi 636 (my track bike) that i used for 1 track day, I put on my S3...what a delightful surprise that made! nearly night and day...handles like i always hoped it would...so if any of you out there are experiencing anything similar out there (from what i hear tell it`s a pretty common characteristic) try the Pirelli solution...really worked for me...

would clip ons help the problem by shifting the rider forward?

Tried
that, (clip-ons) helped very little, looked cool as F, but wasn`t worth the results, (may actually re-try with tire combo)...good luck...very cool car btw...

I just lowered my tire pressure in the front and it made a world of difference. Once the tires warm up it's perfection. I still want to do lower bars and maybe drop the front 20mm.

Good luck-it still wont shift the necessary weight to the front of the bike for the steering and front end bite you need to hustle the thing-I tried just about everything-Ohlins, clip ons , rear set pegs. tire pressures, fork adjust, etc, BUT it is OK cuz it ain't a racer and never will be and I like it anyhow.
I did sell my Speedy but not for that reason.

Wallow....
As stated in my initial post, I too tried many different configurations...for me, the tire swap was most effective...what ever works best for the individual tho...lotsa factors to consider here...riding style, body weight (with or without leathers...i always wear mine...173 with) body position...etc etc...good luck ya`ll...have fun..........

Mine hooks up just fine. Could be the nut behind the bars.

I experience the same motion at high speeds, but as stated, I don't think this bike was designed for racing at high speeds. It's definitely a hooligan street bike. The ergonomics alone could be the problem. I suppose a steering dampner may offer some improvement, but I can live with it the way it is.

Invest in stickiest tires possible, which would not be Pilot Powers.
