OK Guys,
working on a concept design for 05 S3 (Retro One)
Putting my design skills to work. Just your thoughts on it.
I would like to put these works into production.

that looks really good---i like the cf exhaust... I asked my mechanic about less restrictive exhaust for the 05 s3 and he said that you have to go with the triumph cans because of the o2 sensor???? also that in past years you could download whatever tune you wanted as it was an "open loop" system but now for 05 it is a closed loop deal?
i was just going to pull the trigger on the triumph cans cuz the price is right but that carbon fibre looks KILLER and wouldnt get hot so you could ditch the exhaust shields

Thanks for the positive feedback!
In the next coming months I will start a Street Lab for designing different looks for the 05S3. Maybe a site that will give a ideal of different looks for the 05S3s and links to get parts.

It looks great. I think I would change the logo on the tank. I would like a head on shot so I could see the lights better.

Nice work.

I like the fairing, lights, and checkerd pattern, but not crazy about the gold pinstripe on the wheels, or the new can. But then, I really like the stock cans on the '05...

A head on shot of those lights would be cool.

How 'bout some knee pads on the tank? That would be retro.

also i dont think you'd be able to fit a can like that on the S3 without it continuing too far past the end of the rear end. you have the can pulled back too far and the exhaust would never be able to make that bend.

I like it, but would like to see it with a rear fender / plate holder. We all ride on the street, so we're stuck with making an attempt to be DOT legal.

What is retro about it? You even used the ultra-new logo. Like them or not, retros don't use dual lights or even a single small one. You shoudl work some spoked wheels in there too and if its going to havre the stubby tail it needs more of a bum-stop like the Manx Nortons used.

What about something like this (not mine, but I have other retro concepts in my album):
