Help - Oil pan replacement

Oil pan drain plug over tightened resulting in striped threads in the oil pan (MY OWN FAULT). Tried a few options eventually ruining the oil pan, crack/split up the side of the drain plug.
Dealer quoted $360.00 for replacement.
Are there any better prices for replacement oil pan???

In the States, you could try Baxter cycles, or contact Sandy at www.triumph-ant.com. He is a breaker in Wales, and even with shipping, you should make out.
