Torture

Well lads I finally got my hands on my 08 matt S3. I put the deposit down in April, and picked him up on Saturday. So, spent part of Saturday under 3500 revs. It was my 40th on Sunday (far too pissed to even think about riding). Monday, the missus was out so I had to look after the bairns. Tuesday, friggin tropical storm...............

Happy birthday, congrats on the new ride.

1050 Speedy is a great machine. It fits my 40ish frame just fine.

Good to know that there are some old-timers riding the S3. 48 yo here and pick up my new 08' blazing orange S3 this Sat!

Can't wait for all the hot chicks to be checking me out until I take my helmet off and they see all my grey hair....lol!

Why is it that people think that if you are 40 or more you ought to be riding a cruiser? Granted the superbikes are wrist killers for many older folk .......but a cruiser????

I just don't feel that some one ought to have their legs all splayed out in front of them lounging back like they are in a vibrating lazyboy with the volume all the way up to the max on the TV when they are riding a motorcycle. But that is just me...just not a cruiser person. At least not yet.

Turbo,
I bought it from Cliff at British USA. I bought my 96 there and have dealt with them over the years. Quite a few muppets, but Cliff is good as gold.
