Alternative to bar end mirrors

Am going to take my bar end mirrors off. They vibrate, and are useless.
I dont like the stock mirrors, but have seen some low slung mirrors that screw into the existing mirror holes.
Any ideas or links to what I'm after, a lower type mirror, not bar end?
Cheers.

Try some CRG barends there is no vibration at any speed or rpm. Make sure you get the real CRG's there are a lot of cheap copys out there. They are expensive but they look great and work better than any other mirror I have ever used including stock ones.

1+ on what mean said.

If you buy the 40.00 jobs they suck and I can see why you hate them but CRG lanesplitters are awesome. No vibs and fold in when in the garage.

If you get the right ones, some of the cheaper "copies" work great. Check Moto-Deluxe on ebay, I put them on mine a week ago, and they don't vibrate one bit. They don't fold in, but I don't lane split anyways. And $40 is better than $180 any day of the week.

Rizoma has some flashy looking units, don't know where you'd get them in NZ. BikeBandit.com has some Bikemaster universals, oval shaped and F1 square types very reasonably priced (~25USD a pair), 10mm thread direct screw in the existing hardware. They looked good, I tried both, but went back to the CRG bar ends. Can't be beat, IMO.

I see some CRG lane splitters on ebay, they do look quite good.

I like the folding CRGs.
Probably fold them in the garage more than when riding but they are nice for extra space in the garage too..

I have the CRG's and they work very well once you get used to them. You can find a pair a lot cheaper than 180 if you look around. I don't get putting cheap junk on a nice bike.

+1 for CRGs or MotoDeluxe - both excellent, MD half the cost but you don't get the cool stickers and keychain! DON'T get the Motrax crap - I finally got some in at the shop and they lasted literally a day on a guy's Buell. Fell to pieces - yuck.
If you're truly done with bar ends check out the Napoleon Baren mirrors - they look kinda like bar ends but they mount to your regular 10mm mirror hole. Most motorcycle shops should be able to get them but I doubt many keep them in stock

Rizoma has many nice non-barend mirrors. But here is one more plug for a barend mirror, also by Rizoma, Reverse Retro. I love mine, just about the perfect position for visibility. Also, barends will inherently have less vibration than the others, as your hands help dampen the view.
