I am flying up home to see the folks in March. My brother and I are going to ride up in the Mountains, maybe the Skyline drive? I ended up having to rent a 1200 sportster, .. as bad as that sounds.

Anyone up for a ride on Friday and Saturday?

Any ideas of good twisty roads?

Ijamsville rd, Oppossumtown rd, Daysville, rd oh yes... I've gotta think of a few more, but this is just the tip... I lived in that area for 3 years, and a group of us would always go around a big loop... lemmie see if I can find it...

Sure enough, here it is... hopefully it's not too dis-combobulated, I breezed through it, and it looks right. You need Acrobat Reader.

RIght here. I know most of the good roads around here.

Frederick is pretty nice. But the real shinitz is in WVA and VA. Skip skyline drive. Ill show you the good places.

Skyline drive is nice, but its a 35mph road and it is enforced heavily.

Thanks for the advice guys. I think we'll head to WVa or Va. Too bad I am stuck on the hog, but life goes on. My brother and I will be picking up the bike and riding from Harley of Frederick, then head west or south for a ride, stay somewhere along the way Friday night and head back Saturday. Hope to get in a good ~500 miles...who knows. If you're up for it PM me.
