Hi Gang - I'm headed to Mt. Shasta for a week this summer, and need a good luggage system for the tail end. Has anyone used or use the Racepack:

It looks like it might be a good system, and saw it listed on one of the posts. Any feedback would be great.

P.S. Thank you to those who referred me to Cascade in Portland, OR for my 24K tuneup. Those guys are awesome and did a wonderfull job.

I just got the Motopak 90 liter saddle bags in and love them! I got them off their ebay store for $95 including shipping which is $50 cheaper than their regular internet store. Huge capacity and well thought out design with some nice features. Highly recommend them!

Question Shaughnessy. I really like the look of those, but what about the pipe? Are there any problems with rubbing?

Yeah you cannot use with stock exhaust, only with a low mount...

just noticed that you have an 01... should work without rub. It has straps that would allow you to synch up some if need be.
