Hey all,

I ended up getting some neat parts for my S3. They include a Wunoff exhaust, Power Commander and K & N. I can fit some of this myself, but would really like a pro to set it all up RIGHT.

I have been to Brit-USA, but I don't think their mech staff has the experience for the job. Or do they? I don't believe they have access to a dyno for the set up either. I have heard about two others;

Krause racing....? I called them a few years ago about the ZRX and they were not helpful

Also someone said that there's a guy who can do this at @ I-45 and 1960...? I have no other info. But apparently he has a dyno? Can anyone HELP?

A few other issues that I ran into:

LSL rearsets - don't fit real well, instructions in
German! I need to relocate rear brake res,
Get longer brake line etc. The shift linkage
is too long.

Wunoff exhaust - what's the best under tail or heat shielding to go with?

Rizoma bar and billet stuff is great!!!!

The stock gearing s*cks....working on it with PJs Triumph, good bunch!

I am no expert on the subject, but why do you need to have a Power Commander?

If I have understood things right the S3 should have fully programmable fueling maps in it's stock form already (and plenty of pre-made factory maps to download to your bike at your local Triumph dealer). So what would be the point of adding an extra component to the fuelling system? PC is easier to set up without a computer?

Carbster, go to the Wunoff site, and try to download installation instructions, or go to t595 and ask around, as some members have that system.

To be honest I got the PC III cheap on ebay, like a bunch of us have! I know that you can get other Triumph maps, but have heard that the PC gives added flexibility. However the tuneboy is meant to be much better...

I will visit wunoff and see what I can come up with ... ended up with an exhaust and that's it. Plus its needs a bit of polishing, but for $ 600 its a good deal. Three outlet design too!

Carbster,
Contact these guys.
MPH in Houston
Ask for a tech by the name of Wayne. There's nothing he doesn't know about Triumphs. Tell him Phil sent you.

Stay away from British USA. They're of no use.
