07' Triple Bagster Tanks Cover (Matt Black)
Anyone got an 07 and running the matt black (not the glossy/crystal version) of the Bagster tank cover? - I just got one, but simply placing it over the tank, it doesn't look like it's going to be a great fit. The cover sits about half an inch to high above the fuel cap (no matter how much I pull the sides or front and back down). I've got a fairly bulky tank pad fitted, so I'm going to remove this to see if it helps fitment, but I can't see it making enough of a difference. As it stands, the hole around the tank will just collect crud when I'm riding. (Pictures would be good?). Sorry, I know this isn't the most mechanical of questions.

Put it on e-bay and get rid of it. Regards

Ive seen them around and they look pretty snug. If you are not pleased, send them back and look at other options for luggage. Bagsters, as you now, aren't cheap. Good luck

I had the same problem....
Out of the box it feels like cardboard but if you turn your cooker hob on and hold it above the naked flames for a minute it softens up and can be put on with relative ease. I am not taking the piss. It really works. The fit wasn't 100% after that but I am waiting for a warm day to sit it outside to warm up and then gradually tighten the straps.....BUT DO NOT FORCE IT!

Good luck.
