Arrow3into 1

A quick question for those of you in the UK with the Arrow 3 into 1 full system----is the exhaust can physically marked "not for road use/race use only" or totally unmarked. Only asking as the police round my area are VERY anti -noise. I don`t want to spend £800 on the Arrow, get ticketed by plod and have to remove the exhaust . The alternative is a Zard or Leovince can which are both"E"-marked (and cheaper!)

Well, I'm not UK (US), but my Arrow is marked "not for road use" among other things. This is on the inside of the pipe, against the bike. Its etched in, and I had to enhance the photos to make it show up. Its there, but on the bike it would be impossible to see unless you knew it was there. You'd have to crawl under the bike and stick your head between the rear suspension link and the tire from the opposite side to see it, and only if the pipe was clean.

And to head off the questions about the dent, this is a leftover from being rearended, bike's fixed, I just use the spare can for track days.

You've got to love a product marked "Not for road use." Fits the hooligan image for sure!

There's plenty of pipes louder than the Arrow, its marked for "off-road" use on account of the fact that it eliminates the pre-cat in the manifold...

And as I mentioned before, you'd never see it unless you had reason to crawl under the bike!
