Talking Triumph Warranty.... Again!

I know we are constantly slagging off our Triumph warranty so here is a nice tale for a change!
A couple of months ago i reported that my speedo etc had failed. The news from you guys was not good. No way to repair and megga expensive!
I called the warranty dept at the head office and guess what????
"No problem sir" we will supply a new set of clocks under warranty even though your bike is almost 3 years old! Result!!

Grand! I'm glad to hear the good about Triumph's view of the warrantee as well as the bad.

True, and bad news travels further & faster than good news.

My personal experience with warranty issues has all been positive to date! I haven't experienced any resistance to claims.

Similar good news overall for me too.

I had SOME resistance from Triumph Aust when I had the drag link bolt fail on my Sprint, but my dealer worked with Triumph to make that happen - then 3 months later Triumph did the world wide recall on the drag link bolt

I had some warranty work on the S3. No argument at all and all went through ok, though I had to wait a little while for the parts. That suited me anyway so wasn't a problem.

Yeah, they made a note of what i thought! was the mileage when the clocks gave up. Don't do a lot of miles so not too concerned.
