It can be a bunch of things, but most fixes require a TuneBoy or dealer gameboy I'm afraid. Take it back to the shop and have them fix it.

After valve adjustment they are supposed to balance throttle bodies + reset idle stepper motor. They might have not done this or did it wrong.

On re-assembly they might have left one of the MAP sensor hoses unhooked or one of the hoses might be kinked.

Also while reassembling they might have installed camshafts 1 tooth off -> timing is off, resulting in rough idle and weak running.

Also as valve adjusting needs the removal & reinstall of camchain tensioner, the tensioner might not have clicked to a tight enough setting yet -> camchain is slapping a bit -> timing wanders -> rough running. After I did the valve adjustment on my 1050 I had to manually push the tensioner one click further to stop the camchain slapping around. Symptoms were quite close to what you described.

Ditto wot Martin said. There is a set procedure that must be followed when reinstalling the tensioner. There is more to it than just putting it back in place.
