Indicator wiring ...Help !

Help, probably fairly straightforward but my electrical knowledge is pretty crap.
Just put new cans and a rear light unit from Germany on, no probs......wired OK.
Fitted some Motrax small (Bulb type) indicators. but cant get em to work.
Ist, noted wiring from original when I originally took it to bits,
Black / Yellow LHS, Green,Red / Black RHS. So connected as this, and rear on full time, front flashing x2 fast Doh !
Also blown the fuse ....bugger... need to find that now....
Help from an electrical numpty !!!! (Oh its an o5 1050)

Sorry - your notes weren't very accurate!

Green/White & Black are the RHS turn Signal;
Green/Red & Black are LHS Turn Signal;

Yellow & Black is the license plate bulb & also the Yellow goes to the 'Tail' of the Stop/Tail Lamp along with the Black;
Green/purple goes to the "Stop' of the Stop/Tail light.

Boring fact No1. When I was in the Army (pre desert storm) we used to take the tanks to Warcop, to practice gunnery. This was in the early 80`s. If any of your family are unusually good looking and you can`t figure out why. I think I have the answer. Although it may not be the answer you were hoping for.
