It has the Street Triple instruments, which I know has an integrated gear indicator. I wonder if it`s connected???
That would be too much too ask.
Don`t like the wheels or rad cowls either. Way too girly. The seat looks nice though.
I also like the indicators. They`ve been around for a while, though. The Ducati Hypermotard and BMW X series have the same ones fitted. Anyone know who makes them or where you can purchase them directly?

The look of the brakes bothers me - they've gone away from the gold forks & the calipers, but then leave the rotor centers gold.
The raw aluminum on the calipers looks a little too stark - I'd have left those gold, or maybe black would have been better; but unless the calipers were gold, the rotor centers should have at least changed to match.
Gloss black wheels & forks, satin black (charcoal?) fork bottoms (whatever they're called), shiny chrome/moly tubes, gold rotors & raw aluminum calipers just don't blend cohesively.
And while I LOVE the black frame & swing arm (wish I'd done that when bike was apart for the motor swap) black is the one colour bodywork that doesn't look good with it, again because of the dissimilarities of shades. That is amplified by the forks I think.
Maybe would have been better if the forks matched the frame finish ..........

I agree with the comments about all the various hues of black. I am guessing this thing is awesome in Blazing Orange!

I agree -- the more I see of the orange the more I like it!
Welshrob, I don't know where to get those indicators -- but I just bought some Shock Racing Mini 5 indicators and I love them! "Arrow" shaped, but a bit smaller and shorter than the new stock ones, and they're LED's so they look cool when off and are really noticable when blinking... Definitely recommended! (Only on the front on mine -- Clear Alternatives integrated light on the rear)

Does anyone ever get any grief from the state inspection offices about the after market lights? And are they as visible in the daylight as standard bulbs? I like the idea and look of the LED's but I wont do it at a sacrifice of visability. Also Laker, i notice they have 2,4,5, and 6 series indicators, would that be an indication of the number of diodes or some other indicator, just from the pics i cant see the difference in them.
