Hemet Poll

What do you think of these two helmets? And do I have to be British to where these? Or can I get away with just riding a British bike?

I kind of like the Arai helmet, althoughthe Shoei is probably the better product. I'd love to hear your thoughts and opinions.

I don't have a lot of experience with the Arais but I have owned several Bells and HJCs over the years and thought they where fine Until I picked up a Shoei now I own Three of them and love them all.

I almost went the british flag route, but my last name is Britton, after all

I see no problem getting one. I ended up with a Shoei RF1000, very nice helmet. FWIW

Does anyone make a helmet with someone waving a white surrender flag?

Anyone know the French salute? It's done by raising your hands above your head!

Have you heard about the new French tank? It does 0-60 in 6 seconds in reverse!

Shoei has my vote. I own 2 and also an Arai. The Arai fits better, but I just hate the way the shield works. The outside thickness of the shell must be thinner than a human hair, because I have to small areas where mine is showing the inner insulation. Just rubbish.
Just bought a new Shoei RF-1000 Full Face Helmet - Picotte 3 Orange TC-6 and just love the graphics and fit.
You can see it here.....
