Tour around Europe

Hi Everyone and Happy New Year.

Last year I took my Fireblade through France and Spain. This year I am doing the Swiss Alps on my shiny new Triple and I just know I am gonna enjoy it much more.

Anyway, A group of us have got together to arrange a proper tour around all 23 mainland EU countries and everyone is invited. We are doing it for fun but also trying to raise a bit of cash for various charities.

I would really like to get a big bunch of Triumph riders to come along in one big group. I will post this on the Triumph official RAT pages but would appreciate it if you would spread the word.

It's early days yet but we are already negotiating special deals on transport, insurance and accommodation, we are hoping to get the costs right down for everyone.

Visit www.eurobike2010.co.uk for more info and to put your name down.

All the best

Mike

Hi All

I put some video on Youtube of a trip in the Pyrenees Mountains last year. It's the first time I used a camcorder on a bike so it's not great quality but does show the fab, almost car free roads. I was on my Blade at the time but will be on my Triple this year and will get some more video.

Hope you enjoy

Mike

Any idea how long the trip is likely to take. We do a European trip each year, predominantly Triumph riders but only about 2 week duration. This looks like a couple of months ?

We hope to do it in under 25 days. We plan to do a 14 day trip to Eastern Europe in 2009 if you are interested.
