Has anyone installed a set of CRG Bar End Mirrors on their S3?.....if so will I need to purchase the adapter?.....got any pics of them on your S3?

I especially like the Hindsight LS version.

Terra PowerSports sells them for $71.95 each.

- Thanks

I'm mounting them today. :-)

But first I'm off on a quest to find some sort of bolt to put in the place of the original mirrors. My brake resevoir is dangling at the moment...

argh-

Funny, I posted to this thread this morning. Scroll down for the info on the mirror mount screws. FYI- if you're in a rush, the screw size is M10x1.25x10mm. Good luck finding one, though.

very nice, argh.....please post a pic once you get them installed. Also let me know if you needed the adapter.

I went ahead and ordered them today....it might be too cold to ride, but it ain't too cold to spend my cold hard cash. Also ordered some SkyKing frame sliders and a Laminar Speed Shield....somebody stop me!!

Thanks for the info on the replacement bolt 97TB. I'll put that on my list.

Yeah, the quest failed. I went to NAPA and Ace Hardware, but the only ones they had were way too long (and really ugly). (Ace was particularly frustrating, since they had a nice black metric round-headed bolt... but only in 8x125 or 10x150. D'oh!)

I did discover that you can get automotive carpet fastener buttons that will make a reasonably attractive plug for the left-hand mirror.

You'd think there would be some sort of "bolts R us" online somewhere.... I tried Small Parts Inc. and Grainger with no luck.
