you should get some copper exhaust gaskets, some sealer for the slip on joints if there are any.
also you will need some pb blaster or comparable thread loosener if youve got more than a few hours on the bike, get all the oil cooler braket bolts and the header nuts.
antiseize for reassembling same
watch for pipes rubbing together if it is a multi piece header, on the zard the pipes can rub holes in each other if not mounted carefully.
you dont need to break any oil or radiator lines loose just let the cooler hang and the radiator will flex enough.
its a good time to replace the coolant though
