CC, there are no heat issues with the Black Widow exhaust, I can't speak for the others. Every underseat exhaust system I've seen requires removal of the stock fender. Not an aesthetic sacrifice in my opinion. The BW also requires replacement of the battery box and relocation of the coolant overflow bottle.
I've been told, that you don't need to relocate the battery or overflow bottle, just some trimming of the plastic fenda with the wunoff system.

I'll find out soon one way or another.

Cheers Mark.

Didn't think they done the PC III, for the older ECU on the T509 (only 02 ->), I couldn't find one over here, got the K&N fitted and a Daytona engine with a re-map done.

little disapointed as I hoped the exhaust would be here friday, still have to wait for next weekend now.

Cheers Mark.

I'm fitting one now. As for heat you need to use some heat reflective material under the undertray. I bought some direct from Wunoff for a tenner. Also to consider is whether the number plate may melt as it attaches directly to the exhaust. I'll probably make a spacer from wood - paint it black or cover it with the leftover heat shield material - nothing you'd notice too much but I've heard this may be a problem. One problem I did have was that the link pipe didn't fit my header pipe hence its back at wunoff being stretched a bit. Also on some models you need an extra piece of pipe, its about 4 inches long which I guess is for the early bikes with the two piece headers. I have one if anyone fitting a system needs one. I also have the fitting instructions if you need them.
