Looking for a rear seat

I have a 2000 Speed Triple 955. I have been searching high and low for a rear seat. Dealer in Memphis is pretty tough to deal with in fact after now almost one month I havent been able to contact or see the elusive Triumph parts / repair man.

So, I am shifting gears to either aftermarket or used. Does anyone have a link for aftermarket seats just for the rear. I saw a Speed Four at Motorcycle Madness Shop that had exactly what seat I wanted so, I am fairly certain it is available somewhere. I just can not find it. Also needing the rear pegs, brackets and all.

Can anyone help out?

Memphis S3.

I'm new to the whole OEM part thing, but can't you buy it through Bike bandit?

Welp,

Thanks rgshredder,

Light finally clicked on. I couldn't figure what the whole number scheme was on bike bandit. can't believe I am admitting that but for some reason I was thinking the 3 lists of number sets corresponded to dif. bikes (Body style changes/Engine Changes/ between the years. Ughhhh. Yes it is listed there and I can get it from them. Thanks again.

sorry, left out that detail; I gave you a link to a specific range of serial numbers (mine is a 2004 se s3). Just check your serial number with what they have online and there you go...maybe it'll help clear some confusion for the next guy.

It would be interesting to see how long it takes to get shipped to you. Report back when it's on your bike

Good luck

Hey MemphisS3

I have a set for the passenger if you need them. Never used, but might have some scratches due to being in the garage.

Half the price of Bike Bandit. They are off of a 2003

I've ordered from BikeBandit a few times, they tale at least 2 weeks to get Triumph parts to you. Hope you're patient.

I didn't read your post completely. I also have a passenger seat I've never used. Also from my 2003. If you're interested.

Rommel,

I need to check and make sure the 03 will fit to 00. Otherwise, I am sure we can work something out. Anyone on here know if the seats will work from an 2003 to a 2000 S3?.

Thanks all.

Missed a couple on EBAY.
