Update:
I've been having a LOT of work done on my bike over the last month or so at Arlen Ness at Destination Daytona. Technically, it's a shared service shop with the Harley dealer there.
My experiences up to this point have been GREAT. The Triumph tech, Adam, is a really knowledgeable and thorough guy. He has a genuine concern for the customer. The customer reps are awesome, friendly, and the shop seems to be able to handle the business. So far, getting an appointment usually involves a phone call, and an appt for the next day.
Adam found a number of things that had been screwed up by the Orlando Cycle Riders/Ride Now techs, even stuff we weren't looking for. He really seems to take his time, and actually communicates with the customer, where at some dealerships you're just gonna talk to the kid who checked you in. I also had Adam install some Rizoma turn signals I'd bought, and he was unbelievably thorough and did well beyond a "minimum" job. He rewired them to be cleaner, hid the resistor boxes away, and when I commented he just shrugged and said "Well I want them to look good". Just a great tech, in my experience.
Plus, of course, if you're gonna wait for your bike, there's plenty to keep you occupied there with all the shops and such. It's mostly cruiser stuff, but still it's better than staring at the wall for 2 hours.
