Pure Triumph gets a good review from me. I bought my '02 from them, they've done a few little things gratis. Good blokes who love bikes and know what they're talking about.

Cheers

Ended up in Ormond Beach at Arlen Ness- spent $400 on a glorified (at my request) 18K service on my 02 Tigger. Pure quoted me 7 hours, and an estimated total with parts of 900 to 1000 bucks. I only paid $2500 for the bike, so wasn't interested in paying 50% of that for a service trip- especially without valves, etc. Avoid South Miami too- scum.

I can't say which is the best because I have not had dealings with all of them. I currently use Fort Myers Triumph and am very satisfied with them. Their processing of warranty claims is very fast and part orders usually only take a few days, depending on the day of the week the order is submitted. I doubt you could find a better service department or group of technicians. I have a fair knowledge of the mechanical art and am a fussy customer. They have always met my expectations and have treated me with integrity and courtesy.

I do know that there are owners from other parts of Florida that bring their bikes to them for service, rather than to their local dealer.

I have also heard good things about Haps from several of their customers.

Update:

I've been having a LOT of work done on my bike over the last month or so at Arlen Ness at Destination Daytona. Technically, it's a shared service shop with the Harley dealer there.

My experiences up to this point have been GREAT. The Triumph tech, Adam, is a really knowledgeable and thorough guy. He has a genuine concern for the customer. The customer reps are awesome, friendly, and the shop seems to be able to handle the business. So far, getting an appointment usually involves a phone call, and an appt for the next day.

Adam found a number of things that had been screwed up by the Orlando Cycle Riders/Ride Now techs, even stuff we weren't looking for. He really seems to take his time, and actually communicates with the customer, where at some dealerships you're just gonna talk to the kid who checked you in. I also had Adam install some Rizoma turn signals I'd bought, and he was unbelievably thorough and did well beyond a "minimum" job. He rewired them to be cleaner, hid the resistor boxes away, and when I commented he just shrugged and said "Well I want them to look good". Just a great tech, in my experience.

Plus, of course, if you're gonna wait for your bike, there's plenty to keep you occupied there with all the shops and such. It's mostly cruiser stuff, but still it's better than staring at the wall for 2 hours.

Very smooth and good guys to deal with.
I called Cycle Accessories West in Jax before finalizing the deal on my 07 T100 but they couldn't match the deal I got from Streits Motorsports in Gainesville.

Decent post-purchase service and a good group to deal with.

I just bought my Triple about a month ago from Orange Park Power Sports in Jacksonville FL. Just had my break-in maintenance done and they had it finished quickly. Low pressure sales staff, very friendly (the sales kid lent me his own helmet when I got the bike because the one I wanted wasn't in stock yet), and sharp service staff.
