LYNNWOOD -- A Lynnwood man died Thursday night in a motorcycle crash on Filbert Road at Larch Way, Washington State Patrol troopers said.

Robert T. Peffley, 33, was pronounced dead at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, trooper C. Bendiksen said.

The accident happened at about 9:50 p.m., Bendiksen said. Peffley was driving a Harley Davidson motorcycle when he apparently was struck by a car that was turning left off Filbert Road onto Larch Way.

Two people in the car were not injured, Bendiksen said.

The collision remains under investigation"

that sucks.

I used to ride my bicycle down that road to/from work and from what I remember it's not that well lit down there under the freeway. but I guess that's still not a good reason to not pay enough attention.
