Thumbs up Arrow System Ecstasy

Just picked up my S3 with a newly installed 3-into-1 Arrow Exhaust System. This is my first aftermarket exhaust and I'm amazed at how much it can alter a bike (in a good way). Honestly, I was a little worried dodging the high mounts for a low. How wrong I was. The Arrow is gorgeous. And most importantly of all, it makes the rest of Speedy look gorgeous (not that she wasn't a hotty before). Really complements the entire geometry. Cleans up the look of the backend and accentuates the swing arm. And the sound…oh lovely. Really balls it up and adds hair in all the right places. Especially when you get up in the range. And the weight saving is somewhere in the neighborhood of 17 pounds (not to mention the several pounds it shaved from my wallet--ha!).

I am suprised to hear you say the low exhaust accentuates the swing arm. I steered away from it because I thought it hid one of the most beautiful parts of the bike. Maybe we are looking at it from different angles?

I have a mivv and love how thin she looks now. It really does feel like a different bike with the low mount. When you get a chance hoist the stocker over your head. That thing is HEAVY. Just doing that will answer all your questions regarding low mount exhausts.

I had the dealer put an Arrow exhaust on my 07 at the first service a couple of weeks ago and I love it.

The new titanium system is pretty sedate until you twist the grip hard and the fact that it drops all that weight while adding hp and torque (although higher up in the rpm's) doesn't hurt my feelings at all.

I can assure you that people know you're coming if you are hard on the throttle, but they can't figure out what exactly you are.
