Went out for a ride with a ZRX1200 riding mate the other day. He was boasting about 80+ft/lbs of torque that would destroy the Triple in a top gear roll on. Guess what? I absolutely blitzed him!

Sweet! If he is a good friend, you owe it to him to get him into rehab. The dope he's been taking is obviously rotting his brain.

Overall the ZRX is gonna kick the Triples ass in acceleration. Ive done a ton of track days on the Rex and a few on the Triple. In the corners the Triple is the one. Had a ZRX for 6 years and I am picking up another this Saturday, cause I miss mine. Dont get me wrong, the Triple is most fun bike I have ever owned.

We also accelerated from a stand still through the gears and the Triple still destroyed the ZRX.

It's a HEAVY bike. I like 'em, mainly on accounta I've always had a soft spot for the old GPzs and Eddie Lawson replicas. Those were the bikes that gave me wood when I was first starting to ride.

I wouldn't mind having one myself. But I wouldn't trade the triple for it.
