02 Speed3 going nuts?

After years of no trouble my baby started giving me some signs...when completely cold, in process of warm up, at 135 degrees Fahrenheit fan turns on for few seconds and idle jums up few hundred RPM's for same amount of time and then fan turns back off and idle goes back to normal, then same thing again on 175 degrees and after that when reaches operating temperature everything sounds good.....it's 02 Speed triple with Triumph performance/race pipe with no electronic mods whatsoever. I do have to mention that fuel in my country (Serbia) is not the greatest quality and everytime when i fill it up check engine comes on. Usually after three heat cycles goes off but it's ON now for 3-4 rides and not coming off. It has 11500 miles and runs and shifts fine. Ckosest service to me is 4-5 hour drive/ride and any recommendation would be greatly appreciated, including tips on eliminating that check engine light....you can e-mail me directly to zlajahabek@yahoo.com or just reply to this thread....Sooner is better....THANKS

Sorry I can't help, but if it were me, I would make that 4/5 hour ride to get it checked out. My fan doesn't come on until 208ish Farenheight.
While you are at the dealer/service shop you should ask them to make sure you have the latest/greatest map.
I took mine in last year (I have a Triumph carbon fiber can w/ K&N air filter) for the 16K mile service and they had an updated map for me which replace the old one they downloaded when I originally put the pipe and aircleaner on.

You could also try a tuneboy or powercommander, but I would still want to get to the root cause of your check engine light.

Just thought of something else.
Check your battery connections, actually I would disconnect the battery and leave off for a minute or so, (Check the battery while your at it) then reconnect the battery and see if the problem persists. May not help but it's an easy and cheap check.
