That does look sharp, not to keen on the mounting location but their are few I do like.

I'm still holding out that SCOTTS will make an adaptor for theirs....
They are letting me down with all this sport bike stuff and not one Triumph adaptor. I'm getting ready to fabricate soon!

I have one on my WR450 and can't see dropping another $400+ for a speedy version.

It rocks!

I have the M4R it was expensive but worth it... Easy to install and surprisingly easy to get to while driving...

That's the nicest option I've seen for this bike. I miss the electronoc damper that was on my CBR1000rr....got spoiled having one. I'm seriously considering one for the S3.

Yes, I have a red one mounted on my bike now (white, w/ fly screen and rear cowl). It looks pretty slick, but the red is a little off cause nothing else on the bike is that color. The blue colored option that Matris sells is also different than the various blue bits on the bike, so that wouldn't work either. But damit, if it's not a color other than black, how is anyone else going to know you have this cool $500 piece of metal tucked under your front end?

As for performance - ehh, it's ok. After setting up my suspension, prior to getting it, I really didn't have a need for it other than for potential tank slappers (which I stopped getting after adjusting my suspension). It takes a while to get used to - the bike just doesn't feel right with it at first (I am 2-3 clicks from lightest setting). Eventually, you get used to it, and now I can't even tell it's there except barely at very slow speeds - which is a good thing I think. I bought it for the track, cause my front end gets jittery on hard drives out of turns. That, and it gives me some type of street cred... or something.

Ha ha...plus it "looks" like you know what you're doing

I don't quite get how it's attached to the bike. I can see that it sits right behind the forks, but it needs to be attached to the frame as well...right?

I have one and like it. It is unobtrusive and works pretty well. I did have an LSL but it hung out so far on the side that I had trouble hooking up my bike to my trailer so I sold it, although it worked well also. Expensive but worth it to me.

It attaches to the frame through a bracket that comes with the damper that mounts to the center radiator bolts. The other end attaches to a bracket that fastens around on of the fork legs.

Oh, and it makes me feel all warm inside when I act like I know what I'm doing. In actuality I'm just a guy who rides and wants to give back to the community through feedback, even if not totally accurate, cause I'm sure others have been in the same situation. Pointers are always welcome.
