Why I love riding a Triumph

I live in Michigan and I went to this first annual Muskegon Michigan Bike Time. They are trying to get a bike week going here. I went and there was only 4 Triumphs there counting mine. I heard a lot of comments about speedy, being a rare bike there. I was the only Speed Triple there. I saw a Sprint, and a couple of Bonneville's. I hope that they do it again next year it was fun and I hope more Triumphs show up next year.

I know what your sayin. There is one other speed triple in my area (I think) I only saw it once, but a buddy of mine said he saw it in a driveway in the next town. Tried looking for him at home but no luck so far. The only other triumphs I've seen are two americas.

I was out riding one day and I turned onto the hiway for the last little streatch for home. Now I'm cruising at a pretty good clip. All of a sudden I hear a horn beep. I look over my left shoulder and there is a big dump truck cruising right along with me. I look up at the driver and he is pointing to a sticker on his window. It was a triumph sticker. Nodded and gave him a thumbs up.

Triumphs are all over the place here in SoCal,,,fortunatly they are mostly bonnies,,,I guess its the cool bike to have besides a Hardley, I see some 955 Speedies, not all the time thou, and it still seems rare to see 1050's. but I NEVER see the 900 speedy that I ride, and thats what I LOVE about this bike, dont get me wrong, I would still love to have a 1050, but I will never get rid of my 95

Right before I got my S3 I met our new Lab Manager and we were discussing bikes and come to find out he has a 01. Before he got it here so I could take it for a ride . The stars aligned and I got mine. We have went on a couple of blasts stopping for a beer here and there. Then I saw the third Triumph it is a Speed Master finally talked to the owner when I stopped at the bank and he stopped in after seeing my bike to introduce himself. I love the rarity of these bikes and love the fact they smoke most sport bikes off the line. Lets not even mention the wheelies.
