I remember a post about a heavy suction on the fuel cap when taking it off. I heard it was something to do with a misinstalled vent house or somethin blocked. Could anyone post some information on this?

Read the common issues sticky. Two hoses are reversed from the factory sometimes (assuming you didn't remove the tank and pinch it yourself).

There is one with a vent thingy and one without, swap them.

I had the same issue but my lines were correct, I straightened out check valveto vertical and gave it a tap to free the possible stuck valve, All is well.

Others have simply removed the check valve, If I have the issue again, It will be removed.
