WOW, finally found a black 2006 Speed Triple local here in Redondo beach, Ca.

Here's the link if you wanna look at it and let me know what you think?

it ONLY HAS 170 MILES ON IT!!!!! Asking $8500 and has been advertised on cycle trader since FEBRUARY!!!!

What do you think if I offer him $7500? The thing is BONE STOCK. I'll have to sink some coins into it to get better mirrors, exhaust, TuneBoy, fender eliminator, etc etc.

going up to Redondo Beach this weekend....I'll check it out. he said he's firm on price. I'd still pay it. LOL

But in his message he said he wants a cashiers check....I planned to finance this via E-Loan.....so we'll see if he's cool with a bank check from them.

Man, that thing still has the cheezy bicycle reflectors on the rear and the pipes haven't even turned brown. Seems like a decent deal.

Hey Max_NYC- Do you have a link of that 06 mushy brakes thread. I've got an 06 I bought used a week ago and the front brake almost pinches my other two fingers under hard braking. The first thing I did to the bike was flush the brakes and that helped a bit. Then I actually got the lever out a little farther when I got that big bubble out of the upper banjo bolt (they like to hide there) but they are still*****!

Any information would help!

Your local dealer should be able to fix it. Alot of info about it on this site... latest thread is here.
