I noticed that I am missing my 2 inside header nuts last night. Anyone know what size/material they are, or should I get em at the dealer?

I'm sure they have been gone for a while, so would/should I replace the gasket? (there is a gasket right?)

ok, I just looked at bikebandit.com and there are gaskets. and they list the nut as "flanged M8." is m8 the size?

M8 is the size... any regular nut should work, IMHO they looked pretty plain steel to me. Stainless might be nice as mine were a bit rusted.

I had no gasket on my '98..

[edit] I had no gasket on my 98 that I could see! Apparently Decosse is telling me there is one and mine was just stuck on there.
