I read a tech. blurb on the new bike from a report from Intermot saying that Triumph have increased stroke by 6.4mm and retained the original bore, and that they retuned it for even more mid range than the sprint but somehow ended up with both - a fatter mid range more top end than the sprint too. 96kw vs. 91kw.... Don't know how that works but it's good news all the same!

Interesting and encouraging news. Good to hear.

I'm gonna be on that bike like a hobo on a ham sandwich....

Where's the hi-res version? Come on... one of you guys must have the article and a scanner or digital camera.

Motorcycle Daily likes to chum the waters like this before they publish a test:

Motor Cycle Daily (stop toying with me)

I sent an email to my dealer yesterday asking him when my Triple would arrive.
He responded that the date was unchanged and remained somewhere after January.

I replied back: "Ok, I'll talk to you tomorrow"

My anxiety has made me cast my net further

I just received an email from Sport Rider's editor telling me that Triumph is usually slow in sending them bikes to test, and that I may end up getting mine before they get theirs.

(tick......tick......tick.....tick....)
