Darn I'm getting an '07 in a few and I wanted to get these pipes. They're so groovy.

They will fit soon, right?

I'm selling my Bonnie with big bore kit and lots of mods (shocks, front brake upgrade, rearsets, seat cowl and many more).

this has been discussed many times before! :hammer: No midpipe system made for the 05/06's will fit any 07's with the new style header/midpipe. And just so ya know, Bob at Chain Reaction is already working on making his system available for the 07's, should be soon, very soon.

Sorry but it's such a drag sometimes to use the search function... I'm glad to learn that Bob is working on it! Long live Bob! Long live groovy pipes!

Not to worry, I also have an 07 S3... and after a while of waiting and hoping.

Just got this email from Bob yesterday, "Yo John! The mufflers are finally in the mail!!!!!! They should be here mid next week."

Bob also tells me that hopefully another 07 S3 owner will be coming by his shop to help him modify his pipe to further completion. This beats having the prototype sent to me... take stock exhaust off(again)... install the new exhaust... mark the pipe... take the new exhaust off... put the stock exhaust back on... send the prototype back to Bob... wait for FedEx to get it there (CA to PA)... have Bob finalize the mid-pipe... wait for FedEx to get it back to me... take the stock exhaust back off... install the new exhaust... PRAY IT FITS!

So come on guy from Bakersfield, please go to Bob's for the final pipe mods, pretty please!

PS. Bob said he has around 30 sets of mufflers coming, and almost all have been accounted for. So if you are hoping to get a Chain Reaction system anytime soon. Get on the phone with Bob @ 877-777-9713.
