rizoma reverse is very easy to put on. should be self explanatory. loosen allen bolt. slide onto bar end. adjust to where u want it. tighten. adjust mirror piece as necessary. imagine the sliders are too but i dont' have um. the reverses i do.

what plastic is on the stock handle bar?!?!?!

to remove the current bar ends you just losen the allen bolt a bit and hit it with a rubber mallet or other device. that will pop out the bar end. don't hit it tooooo hard.

pjs is good.

They may look like plastic, but they are actually metal.

(The following assumes you have a similar set up as mine)

The Rizoma bar ends are attached in the same way as the stock bar ends. Select the expansion grabber end piece (my own term) that matches the inside diameter of the bar. Thread the bolt through the bar end into grabber (It may already come this way, but I don't remember). Before you insert it into the bar, tighten the pieces together enough so they won't slip when you tighten it inside the bar, but not so much that you can't insert it into the bar. Once you insert it, hold the bar end assembly while you tighten the allen bolt down. You want to get it pretty tight. I don't remember the torque setting, but if you dont tighten it enough, it will slip when you adjust the mirror. (I have found that once you do this, you don't need any tools to adjust the mirror.) So, once the bar ends are attached, the mirrors go on pretty easy. Find the matching nylon sleeve to go between the mirror and the bar end. Slip that on. Loosen the clamp bolt on the mirror, then slip it over the sleeve and bar end. Tighten down the clamp bolt, enough so it stays in place, but you should still be able to rotate the mirror assembly around the bar end to adjust it. It took me a while to get this just right.

That should go on just like mine did.
The picture is from another thread (obviously) but is the best I have online at the moment:

Here's another one:

On the gold part. That's why you need to fit the bar end securely to the bar.
