Well I just checked my actual mileage and checked the indicated MPG on the bike and it is off my 5 mpg. I got 47 and it said 52..

So what's the point of a gauge when it's not accurate..
Give me a fuel gage and also a an ambient temperature gauge too.

Keep the mpg,, nice try but no cigar.

Don't remember if you had posted this before, but make sure your gauge is set for US gallons. That helped make my mpg much more accurate and depressing.

Just subtract ten percent. And be happy you're getting 47 mpg! :-D

Mine seems to be consistently off by 10% or something.

You see if it is alsways off by 10% then this calculation should have been factored in.. no excuse if you are going to put this feature in at least do it right, or much closer

Ok, I'll bite. How do you set the gauge for US gallons?

RTFM!

If I remember right (Too lazy to go look) you hold the trip and set buttons for 3 seconds while turning the key to the "on" position. the speed indiactor should be flashing "1", "2", or "3". You want "3".

Actually, RTFM doesn't apply here since it's not in the FM. Hodl all three buttons down for 4 seconds and then you get the 1,2,3 display. I believe 3 is US gallons.

Maybe we should ***M for Triumph :-D
