I'm fairly cautious in buying items online, especially if dealing with a vendor with whom I've no prior experience in dealing with.

Jessica Smith from newbonneville.com contacted me promptly (over the Memorial Day holiday) to fix the situation. She was very courteous and followed up several times to ensure that all was taken care of in a timely manner. I received my fender eliminator today with a handwritten note and apology regarding this matter. This was far above and beyond what I'd expect from an online sales transaction.
That said, based on my experience, I recommend newbonneville.com and thank Jessica Smith for excellent customer service and follow up. I'll definitely do business with them again.
