Well, MIVV finally has the 07 lowmount gp exhaust available for the S3, but i'm having a hard time deciding whether to get the carbon fiber or the titanium look. My S3 is black and both pipes look sharp on it. The carbon fiber is $20 cheaper, but that doesn't matter too much to me.
Which look do you guys think is better??
Thankyou for your opinions.

I'm partial to carbon myself, but it depends on how the rest of the bike looks. If the entire rest of the bike is black, then c/f is the way to go imo. However, if you have several other shiny bits on the rest of the bike, then I'd say the Ti would offset things nicely.

New material that's better than anything else. Carpet fiber, made from recycled carpet. Strong and mother earth friendly, think about it......

Carbon fiber exhaust cans don't maintain their "good looks" as well as titanium. Extreme heat takes a toll on the carbon fiber wrap of an exhaust can. Dyno runs generate a lot of heat. I'm no expert on the subject, as the Termignoni carbon exhaust cans on a Ducati 996 I once owned looked as good as new at the time I sold it--3 years and 18k miles. That said, if you look at older carbon fiber exhaust cans on some bikes you'll see that they are blistered and faded from heat/environment.

My vote is to go with the titanium, but I'm biased as I have the Arrow 3 into 1 on my S3.

Thanks everyone for your input. KAH24 and Moto, I think you guys have just made up my mind for me, titanium it is. As much as I like the carbon fiber, i'll go the safe route with the titanium. Thanks again.
