And how many bikes do you usually own at one time?

Me, it seems about 3-4 years. And about 2 bikes.

Just bought a st1300 after selling the speed triple.

But i miss having a small bike. I mightbe in the market for another one.

It depends on the bike....

I might keep this one until it falls apart on me.

I'm putting 100 miles a day on commuting and so far rock solid... I just jinxed myself didn't I...

Had my S3 for 3 years. As long as it keeps me interested, I'll keep it. Sort of like women.

Some I keep for a long time, like my old Brit stuff, and some I sell when I outgrow them or get bored with riding. Then there are the ones I crash and burn on

Bought my Speedy in '06, but last new bike was a 1974 Ducati 750GT, which I still have.

<---------------- not long!!!!!!

Speedy is a keeper though, and hopefully I will keep her for a long while. There really isn't much that calls to me right now, except maybe the BMWk1200s.
