So, I wanted to round out the stable with a hooligan bike. It was down to an S4R or an S3. S4R's are still a little pricey, plus the nearby Duc dealer went belly-up. And, I missed the 96 Sprint that I gave my son a couple years back.

Anyway, yesterday I hauled a bad-ass black S3 home. P.O. was a doc who had everything done at the dealer. Never had any issues with instruments, coolant leaks, battery, etc. Put 100 miles on it today.

What a light, responsive bike! Good power, ergos better than I expected. Set the suspension according to the owner's manual - too harsh. FI is snatchy, and the stock cans are lame! All in all, though, it's great to be back on a Triumph.

Did you do anything to the suspension to make it ride better? If yes.. what did you do?
