If it comes on after the engine has died, yes. If it comes on before, I'd be concerned about that.
Why is it stalling?
There are a lot of possibilities. When was the last time you checked the plugs? Could also be a weak igniter module. Are you pretty sure you're not pulling a vacuum in the tank from a vent line being blocked? Have the throttle bodies ever been balanced, and are you confident there are no air leaks in the air-fuel and exhaust systems? How about the O2 sensor? Have you installed different mufflers but not had the appropriate fuel injection map loaded? Does the check-engine light ever come on?
Like I say, lots of possibilities, and those are only the ones that come to mind at the moment. Might be worth a trip to a dealer, who would have good diagnostic tools and be able to find it a lot quicker than we're likely to do by "remote control" here.
