Triumph Dealer in Port Jefferson, Long island N.Y.

FYI,

I just stopped in to the Triumph dealer in Port Jefferson, Long island N.Y. and I have to say they get A+ in my book. My dealings in the past were not so positive but, they recently just relocated there shop and did some staff changes and I have to say... I am more than satisfied. The Service manager Jeff is a pleasure to do business with and made arrangements to help me out right on the spot. I needed a inspection and a fuel remap and he squeezed me in right away. I have dealt with MANY dealerships in the past and have never had customer service like this before. The mechanic Tom went over the bike thoroughly and even mentioned there was a recall on my front brakes and set it up for a service to replace the defective parts. For the first time I felt like my money was well spent....
